Every day 23 people start treatment for kidney failure.
With your support we can fund research to transform treatments for people living with kidney disease.

Every gift is life changing.
Six-year-old little Bella is waiting for a kidney transplant, but with almost 7,000 people in the UK on the waiting list, it could take years to find a match.
Bella has already missed out on so much, but research to make more kidneys available for transplantation gives hope that waiting times will shorten.
With your support, we can make a mighty difference for people like Bella this Christmas.

How your donations fund vital research
In 2024/25, we invested across research, awareness and education
We strive to continuously improve efficiency and to invest as much as possible of each pound in research and raising awareness of kidney disease.
Of all the money we raise, we invest 78 pence out of every pound directly into our research and awareness work, with 22 pence helping us to raise the next pound to sustain our work into the future.
