researchers<\/h2>\n<p>A programme to help support the career development of the next generation of researchers. <\/p>\n<p>An early career researcher (ECRs) is someone that has not yet transitioned to an independent researcher with a permanent research post, including both clinical and non-clinical researchers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We aim to support conference attendance and networking, personal development, provision of access to expert advice from Kidney Research UK staff, patient and public involvement and engagement, and commercial partnerships.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<h3>What the programme
