Make sure you&#8217;re staying hydrated<\/li>\n<li>6 &#8211; 7: Urine should be a straw-like colour or paler.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nYour urine holds the clues &#8211; don&#8217;t ignore them!\n\t<h2>Help spread the message<\/h2>\n<p>We&#8217;ll be raising awareness ourselves, and we&#8217;re also asking you, our brilliant supporters, to help spread the word even further. Can you find new places to display and share our posters and leaflets &#8211; perhaps in your workplace, local caf\u00e9, church, mosque or temple?<\/p>\n<p>Lucy Sreeves, executive director Kidney Research UK said: &#8220;Our supporters will know how devastating kidney disease can be and we&#8217;re doing everything we can to stop people reaching kidney failure.<\/p>\n<p>A simple poster has the power to encourage people to think about their kidney health.
