SC039245\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">How do I notify you about a legacy and then pay the legacy?\u202f\u202f <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\" tabindex=\"-1\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Please contact us at legacyadmin@kidneyresearchuk.org to let us know that you are the executor of a Will containing a legacy bequest to Kidney Research UK with the following details:\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The full name of the deceased\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Their last address &#8211; this will also allow us to prevent any future mailings to their home, as we know this can be distressing at a difficult time\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Their date of death\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A copy of the Will \u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Your name and address\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After we receive this information, we will then contact you to provide our bank details and check whether you would like to receive a receipt and thank you letter by email or post.\u202f We ask for this information because as a charity, we are very strictly regulated, and our auditors require us to show that we are properly entitled to every legacy we receive. If any other information about the estate is needed by our charity&#8217;s auditors, we will let you know at that time.\u202fIt&#8217;s helpful to us if executors can provide this and we are very grateful.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can pay the legacy by cheque or bank transfer.
