Provide feedback to campaign messaging and direction: Give feedback to any relevant campaign messaging created by the marketing and communications team to ensure the voices of those with lived experience of kidney disease are incorporated.

Provide feedback to our supporter magazine and other publications: Update is our supporter magazine, published twice a year. Here volunteers would share feedback about the magazine, and any other publications, to help improve content for our audiences.

User testing: When launching new digital projects, platforms or surveys it is often helpful for them to be tested by those who will use it to make sure they work correctly and are easy to take part in.

Advise on communications approaches: The group will meet virtually every 4 months to look at progress of the panel and discuss any upcoming projects that the marketing and communications team are working on. There will be ad hoc meetings or involvement in between these set meetings in response to marketing and communications activity.
