#Challenge120 Swim the month

Set yourself a swim challenge throughout July and help fund vital research.

#Challenge120 Swim in July

On average, someone spends 12 hours per week on dialysis. That's 120 minutes per session, three times a week. That's why we're asking you to take the plunge and join the  #Challenge120 Swim.

Pick your #Challenge120! Swim 12.0km throughout the month, 12 hours each week, 120 lengths per week, 12 minutes daily. You decide - do it at your own pace, in your own way.

Whether it’s in a pool, lake, or the open sea, every stroke you take will help fund life-changing research for people living with kidney disease.

Dive in. Make waves. Swim for research.
