Dip into Christmas

On average, someone spends 12 hours per week having dialysis. That's why we're asking you to brave our 12 cold water dips in December challenge!

12 cold dips in December

The challenge is simple, complete 12 dips in December with friends, family or on your own. Brave the cold of the sea, a lake, in a cold shower, dip in an ice bath, or a chilly outdoor lido!

All we ask is that you take a cold water dip once a day, for 12 days, dipping for a minimum of 30 seconds.

Whether you’re an experienced cold water swimmer, or a first time dipper, your dip will be raising money to fund vital research which will help change the lives of over 7.2 million people living with chronic kidney disease in the UK.
