Thames Path Challenge

Most will walk, many will jog and some will run as they follow England’s greatest river as they take on the Thames Path Challenge.

Walk, jog or run over kidney disease!

Take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river.  Most will walk, many will jog, some will run and all have special reasons to push themselves as part of #TeamKidney.

Over 3000 adventurers will join the Putney Bridge start, and the full 100km route heads upstream to Henley along the famous Towpath. It’s through Richmond, Hampton Court, Runnymede, and Windsor, with some wonderful scenery to a riverside finish line.

With half and quarter distance options available, there's a challenge for everyone of any experience level.

Push yourself further in 2026 and help fund vital research into kidney disease.
