London to Brighton Challenge

Make 2026 a year of triumphs and let's walk, jog, or run towards a world free of kidney disease!

Walk, jog or run all over kidney disease!

Join 2,000 adventure-seekers of all ages and skill levels for a classic capital-to-coast journey!

You can join and take it on at your pace as a walk, jog, or run as part of #TeamKidney.

You'll kick off your journey in Richmond by the Thames before heading into the stunning countryside of Surrey and Sussex, taking in the North Downs and the halfway point at Turners Hill.

But brace yourself for the ultimate challenge: a daunting ascent up the South Downs, before finally crossing the finish line at Brighton Racecourse. With full support and hospitality along the way, you'll be able to focus on the challenge and celebrate in style at the finish line!
