Move into January

Start New Year with a bang and take on our 31 for 31 challenge!

31 minutes for 31 days

Join #TeamKidney to take on 31 minutes of exercise a day for the 31 days in January.

The challenge is simple - choose any exercise, sport or activity, it could be yoga, walking, football, cycling or even just a workout at home.

Do the same 31 minutes of exercise each day or change it up and pick a different exercise each day. It’s your challenge your way!

Make 2026 count and raise money to fund vital research which will help change the lives of over 7.2 million people living with kidney disease in the UK.
